Crazy to think this is what 5 years of hard work can look like.
I remember when McBilly Sy and I locked arms to build a dream together. We were both running ad agencies by ourselves, constantly burning the midnight oil to make things happen for our clients.
Working together is one of the best decisions that we made.
But it goes deeper than that…
I explained this to the team in the call… but this team means something special to me. This team is the culmination of a lot of hard work paying off. This team is grit. This team gets in early and stays late for our clients. This team is a team of trust and connection. This team is a group of bad asses who have also chose to lock arms with McBilly and I in pursuit of living up to our mission:
To improve local communities through empowering mortgage professionals to take control of their lives.
I’m reminded in this photo, having our Good Vibe Squad Marketing team together for our monthly all-team meeting, of all of the amazing things we’ve accomplished throughout the years.
I’m reminded of all of the wonderful clients we’ve been blessed to work with, that became friendships, and then something more akin to family.
I’m reminded of the constant effort and hard work towards a common goal.
This fills me with so much gratitude, that I don’t really know the words in the English language to convey how special it is for me.
Growing a business is cool. Helping people and improving the lives of clients is cool.
But there’s something special about seeing the growth of your team, and the members within it. To see personal evolution. To look at each of them and recognize who they were when they came to us, and who they’ve become through the trials that they overcame.
I wish for you the ability to build something worthy of admiration, to pursue a higher mission with amazing people. It’s one of the most fulfilling things you can do in this life.
