I’ve been in a pretty gnarly season of studying for business lately.
Lots of fun things that are going to help us continue to scale in big ways.
1. We’re creating a sales playbook for Good Vibe Squad Marketing… we’ve broken records month over month for the second half of this year and I’m putting the pedal to the floor on that initiative.
2. We’re creating an updated compensation structure for our team that makes sense for everyone in a great way so that we can continue to secure and grow the best talent available.
3. McBilly Sy and I are pouring into our leadership team to help them ascend into higher levels of leadership for their individual teams.
I have regained my footing this year to be doing things that I love and am passionate about at the highest level. I love growing our team. I love breaking records. I love helping people. I am blessed to get to do all 3.
